Optical Vial Inspection Machine SPINS-120 PLC

• Machine will have two tracks made of nylon-6 rollers chain.
• Vial inspection is for inspecting vial for breakage & cap sealing & is carried out by visually.

Vials after cap sealing are Inspected on this Machines. Basically machine has two tracks of inclined nylon rollers conveyor and are freely spinning on its individual axis by means of friction under the rollers while transferring. After cap sealing, vials are transferred to the unscrambler from which it is fed to the inverter channelwhere vials are inclined to seat on the inclined rollers. The vials rotates because of rollers and hence the thorough periphery is visualised. An extra lights are provided for proper vision. Also a mirror is provided behind the track so that the cap’s top surface can be checked. And while inspecting manually by the operators vision, if found any rejection there are push buttons provided can be pressed and further that particalr vial will be rejected without human touch. Then again it is transferred through the inverter channel where vials gets straight and is collected on the output turntable which is then connected online with the labelling machine. The maximum speed is 120 vials/minute by the single machine. And for the speed of 240 vials/minute, two parrelel machines are arranged for the optimum speed and smooth transfer of the vials.
