• No vial no fill saves wastage of costly powders.
• Machine stops if vial topples at filling station.
• No stopper in chute, machine stops.
• All the parts and assemblies coming into contact with the powder & rubber stopper are made of s.s.316 l material and are easily removable for autoclaving, sterilization.
• All other parts exposed are made of S.S. 304.
• Synchronised speed of agitators in hopper, powder wheels, conveyor, vial separator, lateral belts & pressing rollers.
• Airlines will pass through pure air filter.
• Machine will be operatable at a temperature level of 10°C to 30°C & rh level of 15% to 50%.
• But the required accuracy is only acquired if maintained below 28% rh.
